Primrose comes to us from Ruth Thompson of the esteemed Chaleur Kennels in Adelaide. We are so grateful to have her here as the foundation bitch for Olliana. She is sassy, independent and incredibly smart. When she isn't spending her days chasing birds or finding any amount of water to jump into, she loves a nap and a cuddle, especially with my partner Luke - her favourite person in the world. She is never without a toy in her mouth, especially her 'Gosig' Golden from IKEA.
July 2019: At 8 months old, Prim is now 1/4 of the way to her championship title. She received lovely comments from David Swartwood (Canada) when she won the BCC at the Lyndhurst Canine Country Club's 30th Anniversary Show. He said "She's lovely and has some really nice pieces in there - I just love her."
I am so pleased with how she is developing!
September 2019: Prim goes PUPPY OF BREED under Mr. Michael Forte (Ireland) against large and tough competition at the Royal Melbourne Show. Her critique reads "Well balanced in profile, good feminine head, covers ground well. Handled well." Her mother Fancy went Best of Breed.
CANBERRA ROYAL 2020 PRIM WINS BITCH CHALLENGE AND RUNNER UP BEST OF BREED FROM THE JUNIOR CLASS
APRIL 2021: After being out of the ring for close to 12 months due to COVID-19, Prim gains her AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP title at Deniliquin District KC. She can now be known as "AUSTRALIAN CHAMPION CHALEUR WANDERLUST (AI)"
Prim is placed FIRST in the Intermediate Bitch class at the 2021 Sydney Royal Dog Show, under renowned gundog specialist Guy Spagnolo
